Free 30-min Discovery Consultation
A no-pressure conversation, by telehealth or in person, to understand what you need and decide together whether ClearWay is the right fit. No charge, no obligation.
Choose Your Package
Right after our consultation, you'll receive an email with a one-click link to your private client portal. Pick the package that fits, sign the service agreement, and place a card on file and schedule you first visit.
Initial Visit (60 Min, Firm)
The first session of your package — a comprehensive intake where we review your records, gather your full history, and start building your care plan.
Ongoing Advocacy
The remaining hours in your package cover the work ahead — research, appointment prep, calls with your medical team, insurance appeals, follow-up check-ins, and progress reviews.
Hourly Rate & Pre-Paid Packages
Standard hourly rate: $189 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Use hourly billing for ad-hoc help, second-opinion reviews, or short-term projects.
Pre-Paid Packages
Pre-paid blocks lock in a lower effective rate and give you a clear budget for ongoing work. Hours don't expire for 12 months from purchase. Unused hours are non-refundable.

Patient advocacy services are not currently covered by health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. ClearWay is a self-pay practice with transparent pricing.
Accepted Methods
All major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our client portal.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
At Least 24 Hours' Notice:
No charge to cancel or reschedule.
Less Than 24 Hours' Notice or No-show:
Billed at 50% of the scheduled session rate.
Discovery Consultations:
Reschedule any time at no cost.
Common Questions About Pricing
Every client's situation is different. A short insurance appeal might take three hours; coordinating care for a serious chronic illness can take dozens of hours over many months. Hourly billing and packages let you pay only for the help you actually need.
After your free 30-minute discovery consultation and your initial visit, we'll give you a realistic estimate of the scope of work. Most clients start with the Starter or Standard block and adjust from there.
You can purchase additional hours at the same package rate or continue at the standard hourly rate—whichever you prefer. We'll always notify you before you reach the end of your block so there are no surprises.
On a limited basis, yes. If cost is a barrier, please mention it during your discovery consultation — we can discuss what's possible.
